Me and my wife have recently lost around 22 pounds each in the last 8 weeks and would like to burn even more fat is there any food that ranks number 1 as a fat burner?
A specific fruit, vegetable or meat/fish/poultry

    i don’t think there is a fatburner food. You can just watch what you eat and make sure you don’t consume a lot of oil and fats. Just exercise.

    Eating foods high in protein helps to burn fat. Foods like grilled chicken and fish, tuna, and eggs. When I lost weight this seem to help.

    There is no food that is a fat burner. You have seen too many fake advertisements for things that claim they burn fat. There is no "Fat Burner". That is just a made up phrase by companies trying to sell diet pills. The best way to loose weight is to eat less and exercise more.
