hello friends, i am facing the problem of abdominal obesity.i just want a flat belly. i do exercise and yoga daily. but i want a other things which help with these two.pls give me the names of these foods.thanks for ur answers.
There is no such thing as a "fat burning" food. There are foods that are less likely to be stored in your body as fat, or are easier to be metabolized than others. But there is no magical food item that will, in and of itself, melt away fat that has built up in your system. Anyone who tells you otherwise is yanking your chain. Oh, it is also a myth that the chewing of a piece of celery or an apple will negate the number of calories you are ingesting. Check out any reputable nutritionists (with REAL credentials) and they will tell you the same. There is no way to get rid of your excess tummy than to work at it, with proper diet, exercise and time, which will help you lose weight. And, after a while, you will raise your metabolism so that the calories you do consume will be more efficiently used by your body and you will be less likely to gain too much. By the way: I checked out that web site someone suggested. Don’t waste your time.

Celery as a food has a negative caloric balance when eaten by it self. Because it takes more effort and burns more calories to chew and digest celery it is a negative calorie food. Also if you drink cold or very cold water, your body takes up more energy warming it up before it digests it that it too is a small but interesting way to increase your bodies metabolic rate.

Scientifically there is no such food as fat burning, Though there is a myth that some foods like cucumber takes more calorie to get digested than they contain. But actually it is not true. The only way is to replace higher calorie foods with lower calorie foods. The lowest calorie foods are fruits & vegetables.
