Insulin is responsible for taking glucose from the blood stream and escorting it into your cells where it’s used for fuel. When it’s left floating around in your blood, it gets converted into fat…not a good plan!

It’s very important to your cardiovascular health that your insulin is being responded to well.

3) Fat Converting Enzyme Increases: This enzyme – glycerol-3-phosphate facilitates the conversion of glucose to triglycerides which then becomes the fat that fills your fat cells up, making them larger and more plentiful.

4) Amylase Enzyme: Amylase is needed in your intestines to completely breakdown carbohydrates for absorption. If it’s slightly hampered, you absorb less calories.

There is no such thing as a "fat burning" food. There are foods that are less likely to be stored in your body as fat, or are easier to be metabolized than others. But there is no magical food item that will, in and of itself, melt away fat that has built up in your system. Anyone who tells you otherwise is yanking your chain. Oh, it is also a myth that the chewing of a piece of celery or an apple will negate the number of calories you are ingesting. Check out any reputable nutritionists (with REAL credentials) and they will tell you the same. There is no way to get rid of your excess tummy than to work at it, with proper diet, exercise and time, which will help you lose weight. And, after a while, you will raise your metabolism so that the calories you do consume will be more efficiently used by your body and you will be less likely to gain too much. Very complex question and no easy answer.Eat a diet that keeps your blood sugar level. Do not over eat and plenty of excercise. Eat plenty of veg, beans lentils and fish. Ensure you have three meals a day especially breakfast and snack on fruit. Hope this helps.
