Fastest Way To Lose Weight – Part 1
Author: Dr. Deb / Category: Best Fat Burner, Best Weight Loss Supplement, Fastest Way To Lose Weight, Fat Burning FoodWhat if you could lose 25-30 pounds in 10 weeks without changing your diet or exercise level. Would you? I think so.
Anyone would want to know about diets that work, the best weight loss supplement and the quickest way to lose weight – it just goes without saying.
So what’s the scoop?
I recently became aware of Dr. Al Sears’ weight loss supplement, which absolutely made biochemical sense to me. My background is in biochemistry, so I’m always scouring the planet for support for my patients which I can see why they would work with human metabolism.
This was pretty exciting because as you know…obesity is one of the largest contributors to ill health in first world countries.
I started looking for answers to the burning question which has bugged me for years. “Why, when people age, do many get that ’square’ look? That ‘no waistline’, heavy through the middle effect, when they haven’t really changed their diet or exercise level?
You see it everywhere and believe me, I hear it all the time in my clinic.
I constantly get questions like…”What is the quickest way to lose weight?” or “What is fat burning food?”..sometimes..”Am I
overweight?”. They are all frustrated and mystified. And I have to include myself..it’s a burning puzzle..or at least it was
until I found this formula.
After reading a report in the medical journal “Lipids in Health and Disease”…Alan Sears, MD discovered the benefits of the herb
Irvingia Gabonensis. It seems that this little natural plant has the ability to improve the metabolic errors which occur as we get older.
There are four main metabolic pathways which seem to literally ‘take a vacation’ as we age resulting in the increase of girth in a vast majority of 40+ year olds:
1) Leptin Resistance: Fat cells produce an inflammatory protein called ‘C-Reactive Protein’ or CRP. Now, sometimes you need these inflammatory products to kill bacteria, etc. But when you make excess, and that happens when you have too many, and large fat cells, then you get into trouble. You see, high levels of CRP causes your cell to become resistent to a hormone called Leptin.
When our cells don’t respond to leptin, the breaking down of fat slows down (so therefore you can’t get rid of it) and you become hungry all the time. Tough to reduce food intake if you’re always hungry.
Irvingia lowers CRP.
2) Reduced Hormone – Adiponectin: Large, fat filled cells product less and less adiponectin, a hormone you need to respond properly to your body’s insulin. Insulin is responsible for taking glucose from the blood stream and escorting it into your cells where it’s used for fuel. When it’s left floating around in your blood, it gets converted into fat…not a good plan!
It’s very important to your cardiovascular health that your insulin is being responded to well.
Irvingia up-regulated Adiponectin, increasing it’s production.
3) Fat Converting Enzyme Increases: This enzyme – glycerol-3-phosphate facilitates the conversion of glucose to triglycerides which then becomes the fat that fills your fat cells up, making them larger and more plentiful.
Irvingia inhibits this enzymer.
4) Amylase Enzyme: Amylase is needed in your intestines to completely breakdown carbohydrates for absorption. If it’s slightly hampered, you absorb less calories.
Irvingia inhibits amylase.

Dr. Sears has gone one step further in that he’s added another fat burning extract from Japanese seaweed called Fucoxanthin. Pronounced fu-co-ZAN-thin.
Fucoxanthin increases the activity of a protein within your cells referred to as UCP1. This results in your body burning more fat even when you’re resting. Now that’s great news!
I know….you’re probably thinking…”Oh, no…not another diet to lose weight???” No..it’s not just another fast diet…that’s the beauty of this combination…you really don’t have to make any changes. Now, obviously if you want to make it work faster, then cutting portion size and fast food out is a good idea. After all, those factors are not only about obesity…they are just good moves for better health.
If you go to this link and find out more about Dr. Sears product, you’ll see that one of his patients, Arlene H. started this just before Christmas ‘08 and thought it was the best fat burner..as she made no diet changes..in fact probably ate more as it was the holiday season…and still lost weight.
