over the past year Ive gained alot of weight. Im a 6′2 male 263lbs and I want to lose the most amount of weight in the least amount of time.. any ideas/suggestions on losing weight fast?

Here are some dieting tips :)

Eat breakfast an hour within waking up
5-6 meals away
Execute portion control of meals
Eat as much raw foods as possible
Limit caffeine to one serving a day
CUT ALL SODAS OUT
8 glasses of water at least a day
take a multivitamin
No carbs after 2-3pm
Make sure your eating enough calories
Lots of lean proteins like white meat and fish
Make meals in advance…your more likely to eat healthy if its already made
Drink a glass of water before you eat a snack.. you will be less hungry and eat less
Pre mix up snacks
Eat a salad/healthy app. before a meal. Studies show people who do consume 30% less food
Keep a log of what you eat
Try to regulate a normal sleeping pattern

3-4 days of cardio… mix it up and do 1 or 2 of high intensity cardio
2-3 days of lifting toning :)
Always stretch stretch stretch and do a warm up and cool down

I am looking for a weight loss supplement, can’t decide which ones, some of them are just hype, this is my last resort. I will still combine it with diet and exercise. Does GNC have any good ones that work?

All diet pills and supplement are a risk to your health and should be avoid at all cost. The more effective the diet pills is the more threat it will give to your health. Although a few type of diet pills have been approved by FDA but there were cases at a point in time, the FDA have approved a drug that is certified safe for the public but later recalls it back when there is a new finding that the drug is not safe in the long term.

In 2005 i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I’m "very overweight" (250 pounds). The doctor said I should think about losing some weight and start to exercise. I’ve had three back surgeries since 2001, I used to be a size five. But then I blew up to an astonishing size 22. I’ve tried throwing up my food but that I could never succeed at it even though Ive tried a thousand times. I’ve try marking down everything I eat, took weight loss pills and exercising to burn the extra fat. You name it, i’ve tried it.
